In order to secure your booking with Big City Lighting & Grip we will need the following before your 1st day of production.
1. Signed Rental Agreement
2. Credit Card Authorization filled out
3. COI made out to Big City Lighting & Grip
(please read our requirements and make sure your insurance policy meets them)
4. Company contact form must be filled out for new customers and existing customers must fill it out once a year.
5. All invoices are due at the start of the job or otherwise noted on the invoice. Big City Lighting & Grip accepts all major credit cards, company checks, Zelle quickpay and electronic fund transfers.
