Working in a state of the art customized Sprinter van, we pack a multitude amount of G&E gear into a compact space, making it the very perfect size for working in urban as well as residential locations. Our detailed customization lets the lighting team work swiftly and efficiently, with safety as our highest priority. All of our gear on the truck can be rolled out of the van using the full sized lift gate, making those long hauls to a location a breeze. There is no need to worry about finding anything on this Sprinter. Everything is clearly marked with the quantity and item name with it’s own dedicated space, making the wrap time expeditious. Working before sunrise or during the night? No problem, we have installed custom led lighting inside and outside the van for those situations.

Our van always goes out with a technician/driver.  You won’t need to worry about how the van gets re-loaded or finding an experienced driver with the knowledge of operating an extended cab sprinter van. If you are a producer looking for a crew we can help supply that for you too! Big City Lighting and Grip has an extensive pool of talented DP’s, Gaffers, Electricians, Key Grips, Grips, Swingmen, and Camera Operators for hire also capable of driving the Sprinter. We are located in the greater NYC area but will travel anywhere in the country. The Sprinter is perfect for Reality TV shows, corporate videos, commercials, documentaries, interviews, small features, etc. If you have a small project in another state that you would need to fly to we have small compact packages that are perfect for flying as well.
